This is the documentation of the MiDAS group's preparation [..and landian.. ^^] for the PR Case Study entitled Makati Theft.

SWOT Analysis:
Strengths - Friendship, Trust, Love
Weaknesses - Camwhoring, all sorts of cameras
Opportunities - near success in the future [huwat??? :P]
Threats - you-know-who, they-who-must-not-be-named [apir! :P]

Situational Analysis:
The situation is analyzed based on the SITE aspect:
Social - we are friendly
Industry - the industry, really, needs people like us [huwow! :P]
Technological - "..susuko ang camera sa'men.." :P
Environmental - we are environment-friendly [huwat? :P]

Targeted Publics:
Primary - Varian's Multiply contacts
Secondary - Varian's Multiply network and the world

Goals and Objectives:
- to establish a much stronger friendship amongst the 8 of us
- to connect to other people's hearts and minds [huwow! :P]

Alternative Causes of Actions:
ACA #1 - Set aside the Case Study for good and do camwhoring.
ACA #2 - Set aside camwhoring for good and do the Case Study.
ACA #3 - Mix the two, Case Study and camwhoring, to have a harmonious interaction.

Recommendation:
We HIGHLY recommend ACA #3. Period! :P
